How long is the lesson?

Our standard lessons are 60 minutes long, which we've found provides the perfect balance of focused instruction and active practice.

What do I need for online lessons?

You will need a reliable internet connection, a computer or tablet with a working webcam, and of course, your musical instrument. Before your lesson, we will send you a secure link to join your virtual classroom.

Is the £15 refundable?

Yes. You can request a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before your confirmed lesson time.If we cannot arrange a suitable lesson time, we’ll also provide a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson, or missed appointments, are generally non-refundable. If you decide to continue with regular lessons, your £15 will be credited towards your first month’s tuition.

How do I book my regular slot?

After your introductory taster session, you can align with your teacher on a regular weekly time slot. You can then lock in this recurring schedule, ensuring your dedicated time is secured every week.

I had been playing for over 10 years and hadn’t seen an improvement for a long time before I reached out to Bruno. He is incredibly friendly and immediately helped me to correct some habits I’d picked up as a self-taught guitarist.
